One of my Favorite Affirmations

This is one of my affirmations and I say it at least once every day. It instantly eases my mind and makes me feel better, when I feel worried, stressed, or unsteady.⠀

I have been experiencing a wide range of emotions lately. In one moment, I feel totally confident and self-assured, and in the next, I am full of fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty. The swing from one state of mind to the next can be quite sudden too, which is a bit exhausting!⠀

But when I say these words, something in me shifts. It settles.⠀

I genuinely believe we create our life experiences by the thoughts that we think. ⠀

And while I don’t believe we have control over every single one of our thoughts, I do think we can make an effort to move toward thoughts that will enhance our life experience. ⠀

We can choose to separate from our limiting thoughts and beliefs, and instead shift toward the types of thoughts we want to think, and the kinds of beliefs we want to hold.⠀

When I say these words, it reminds me that I can handle anything. ⠀

It’s not only a reminder that I can reframe my perspective on any situation, but it is also an acknowledgment that while I may not know why certain things are happening in this current moment, I have total faith that everything is working out for my highest good.⠀

These words remind me that I’ve got this. I can figure it out. And, it’s all going to be okay.⠀

I may not have all of the answers, or know all of the details, but I know that I’ll figure it out.⠀

Life is good.⠀

And, it’s all going to be okay.

P.S. I have this written on a note card and taped onto my wall so that I can see it throughout the day...even when I’m not intentionally looking for it.
